Events, Biography and Helpful Links J. Thomas Sherrod, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (B.A., 1960) and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California (LL.B., 1963), is a recognized master of the DUI defense and the intricacies of CaliforniaÕs Admin Per Se Law. He has successfully resolved more than 1,000 DUI cases, throughout California, participated as lead counsel in more than 100 DUI jury trials, and appears regularly before the California Department of Motor Vehicles on behalf of both professional and non-professional drivers in APS, negligent operator and medical suspension/ revocation actions.
